About MaryAnn Warner
MaryAnn Warner, Math Tutor/Teacher
My name is MaryAnn Warner. I taught math in Davis School District for thirteen years. I resigned my full-time teaching position one June 2019 so that I could stay at home with my son. We are now expecting a daughter, due to be born mid-September 2023. I have been tutoring part-time since then and have loved it. I also have taught several private small group classes. I was a Math for America Master Teacher and also a board member of the Utah Council of Teachers of Mathematics. I love teaching and tutoring math and especially love when I get to find creative ways to help students have fun with math. I tutor students of 7th grade math through calculus, as well as ACT Prep. When I'm not teaching math, I enjoy spending time with my husband and my toddler. I also enjoy cooking, playing violin and piano and playing board games.
